sauce (Carne in "tecia") 
to
be used on
spaghetti or gnocchi
or with potatoes.

Stew meat (beef or lean pork can be used) or any
other (swiss steak, chuck steak, california roast etc.) cut in cubes.  
Oil  
Onion 1 medium  
Salt, pepper, Italian seasonings  
1 to 1-½ Tbs. flour  
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)  
½ glass wine - red  
In bowl mix meat, seasonings,  
salt + pepper and flour.  
Chop onion and
brown in oil.  
Add meat and brown.  
Add wine cook few minutes.  
Add
tomatoes  
reduce heat to low and cook for about 1 hour.

      Meat
(Korean style) to be served with rice.

Lean meat (top round steak, sirloin, etc.) cut in strips  
Olive oil (or vegetable) about 2 Tbs.  
Worcestershire sauce 1-½ Tbs.  
Soy sauce 1 Tbs.  
salt  
pepper  
Mix all ingredients in bowl, cover, leave in refrigerator for few
hours.  
Heat skillet, put in ingredients, cook quickly.  
If too dry add a little red wine while cooking.
